Bruce Heller
President

With nearly 30 years of design, construction and development experience, Mr. Heller understands the need for a good team approach to every project. Mr. Heller spent the first 10 years of his career as an architect working on a variety of projects, moved into the development business in 1989 with Woodbine Development. There he was responsible for the BNSF Corporate Headquarters in Ft. Worth, Texas and the DART Headquarters in Dallas along with a number of hotel projects. Mr. Heller formed Fults Project Service with Jerry Fults in 1995 and also served as Development Partner for Means Knaus prior to forming JaRyCo Development, LLC in 2001. Mr. Heller earned a bachelor degree in Architecture from the University of Illinois and is a registered architect and a licensed real estate broker. In 2004, Mr. Heller was awarded the Millenium Business Award by the Allen Economic Development Corporation.

Cindy Heller
Vice President / CFO

With over 25 years of accounting experience, Mrs. Heller handles all acconting, tax and financial issues for JaRyCo Development. in addition, mrs. Heller oversees the property management of all JaRyCo properties. Having previously worked as a certified public accontant (CPA) in the public accounting industry and for Southland Life Insurance Company, Mrs. Heller insures that all financial reporting to investors and lenders is timely and accurate.

Bill Kaupas
Vice President Business Development

Mr. Kaupas is a health care veteran with 28 years of experience with an emphasis in the development of specialty healthcare services. Mr. Kaupas manages the company's healthcare development efforts by identifying a wide range of medical community needs, conducting market and finance analysis for de novo projects, joint venture or acquisition of existing facilities, and initiates the strategic planning for company projects. Prior to joining JaRyCo, Mr. Kaupas was a Sr. Development Officer for a post-acute care hospital company developing freestanding hospitals throughout the southwest United States. In addition, Mr. Kaupas served as a Chief Development Officer for a successful long-term acute care hospital company and previously was a regional development officer for two publicly-traded hospital companies that provide long-term acute care, psychiatric, and physical medicine rehabilitation. Mr. Kaupas earned his Bachelor's degree from University of Washington, in Seattle and is an accomplished mariner holding a Master's Near Coastal License from the United States Coast Guard.

John Boehnlein
Sr. Development Manager

With 25 years of progressive construction industry experience, Mr. Boehnlein possesses a thorough background and expertise in ground up and renovation projects. Prior to joining JaRyCo, Mr. Boehnlein served as Vice President of Operations for Rogers-O'Brien Construction Co. His extensive experience in all market sectors provides him with the unique ability to understand client's needs. John's leadership and management skills in the development and construction process, distinguishes JaRyCo's Development services. Mr. Boehnlein has attended and completed courses at Philip Crosby Quality College earning a certificate in the "Quality Improvement Process". He earned his Bachelor's degree from the University of Southern Mississippi, Hattiesburg.
