This fifteen acre, heavily wooded tract, has been a jewel of a site waiting to be developed for many years. Purchased over two years ago, JaRyCo carefully studied the site characteristics and surrounding neighborhoods to create a high quality office park which will not only minimize the removal of current site foliage, but enhance the open areas with more tree plantings to truly create a wooded office park for many years to come. Utilizing strict deed restrictions, this development features enhanced paving on the streets, unique exterior lighting and environmentally friendly development to minimize water and energy use. The park connects to the City of Allen trail systems and includes features for bike riding to work or walking to nearby restaurant and shopping areas.
