Two high bay speculative distribution buildings totaling 282,000 square feet for General American Life Insurance Company.  Projects were sold upon completion for profit in excess of pro-forma. Project was awarded 1998 Summit Award from the Dallas Chapter of the AGC for excellence in design and construction.
