The Stoneleigh Hotel

This premier, historic hotel was expanded and renovated into a four diamond property which re-opened in 2008. The number of rooms was increased to 170 with a total renovation of the entire facility, including new MEP systems throughout, a new entrance, new restaurant, lobby and bar, dining and entertainment areas and a full service spa. The $52 million renovation will position the hotel, built in 1923, for another glorious 85 years into the future. JaRyCo managed the project for the project ownership, Prescott Realty Group (Dallas) and Apollo Real Estate Advisors, L.P. (New York). The project received the Best Real Estate Deal of the Year for Rehabilitaion Projects presented by the Dallas Business Journal in 2008.
